Job summary

Atlantic Mobile Health is seeking a courier who will ensure timely, professional day-to-day courier services for the Atlantic Health System. You will maintain monthly courier run sheets, obtain signatures for all packages, and remain in uniform with ID badge and vehicle cleanliness as part of a team-focused environment.

The role requires punctuality for scheduled stops, attending at least half of staff meetings, and comfort with basic iPhone use and technology.

Responsibilities

• Swipe in and out on time and be punctual for stops.
• Keep vehicles clean and uniform with ID badge and key peg.

Job Function: Ensure day-to-day courier services for Atlantic Health System are completed in a timely and professional manner.

• Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and be available for overtime, special events and holidays as needed by the department.
• Completes tasks and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain updated current courier run sheets monthly for their shifts.
• Must be in full uniform including a visible ID badge, key peg and maintain a professional appearance.
• Vehicles are to be cleaned inside and out daily.
• Rig check sheets are to be completed and turned in daily.
• Swipe in and out on time.
• Is on time for routine scheduled courier stops.
• Obtains receiving signatures for all boxes and packages.
• Adheres to all Atlantic Health System and Atlantic Ambulance Policy and Procedures.
• Completes all required training and maintains all required certifications and licenses.
• Familiar with the use of an iPhone and basic technology.
• Contributes to a team environment.
• Must attend at least 50% of all transportation staff meetings.
