Job summary

Under general supervision, you will support the Courier Operations Department and contribute to timely deliveries. A valid SC driver’s license and relevant experience are required to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6 months minimum courier and/or dispatch experience preferred.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license in good standing required at hire and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Transport couriers and transport documentation.
• Serve as front-line of communication with internal and external customers.
