Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Courier Operations Associate I to support the MUHA Courier Operations Department. Under supervision, you will perform courier transport and prepare transport documentation while serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, safe transport, and dependable communication with department staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6 months minimum courier and/or dispatch experience preferred.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license in good standing is required at time of employment and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Handle courier transport and transport documentation for MUHA Courier Operations.
• Serve as front line of communication with internal and external customers of the department.
