Job summary

Central Bank seeks a facilities/operations support professional responsible for transporting mail, moving stock and non-stock items, and maintaining the stockroom. The role includes backing up mailroom, ATM, Night Drop, and drawer inspections while assisting with general facility upkeep and fleet maintenance.

The position requires flexibility for project scheduling and collaboration with department managers.

Responsibilities

• Transport mail, work, stock and non-stock items.
• Responsible for stockroom orders.
• Back up coverage for mailroom, ATM, Night Drop and Commercial drawer inspections; supports general facility upkeep.
• Performs routine fleet vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
• Compliance with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
• Flexible with adjusting work schedule for projects and department coverage.
• Provides assistance with projects and other duties as assigned.
• Reports to Operations Department Manager, Assistant Manager and Facilities Manager.
