Job summary

The Millennium Group in Bothell, WA is seeking a Mail Services/Courier Associate to join our Office Services Support team. This role handles mail, shipping and receiving, coffee concierge, reception coverage, and event setup support across our campus.

You will drive the company van for pickups and deliveries, sort incoming mail, scan packages, and ensure timely outbound shipments while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented approach to colleagues and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year courier experience with driving preferred.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Postage Meter, UPS, FedEx, DHL knowledge.
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
• Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mailroom operations, deliveries, and mail sorting.
• Manage mail and package intake, scanning, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain coffee service areas and stock supplies.
• Greet visitors and answer calls, directing to proper contacts.
