Job summary

Labcorp in Itasca, IL is seeking a Courier II to cover routes, manage pickups, and support the logistics team. You will use a company vehicle and must be punctual, safety-minded, and organized.

You will load daily shipments, assist with dispatch, and maintain accurate records while delivering courteous service to clients. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving or courier experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a floater for the logistics team to cover routes.
• Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups as needed.
• Load daily supplies for pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule promptly.
• Deliver daily picks to the branch at shift end.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely.
• Operate company vehicle and follow traffic laws.
• Work with dispatcher for extra pickups as needed.
