Job summary

Labcorp in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Courier II to support the logistics team on a Monday–Friday shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. This position involves route coverage, on-route training for new couriers, dispatch assistance, and safe handling of specimens and lab samples.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of driver or courier experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable time management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as driver or courier is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a floater for the logistics team and provide coverage for routes.
• Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups as needed.
