Minimum Education

High school diploma or GED. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to and above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance as customer contact is required.
• Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations; non‑covered safety‑sensitive position.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic officials and respond to official inquiries in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $23.16 – $34.39 per hour. Compensation is based on experience, market level and location.
