Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Delivery Driver in Des Moines, Washington. Responsibilities include efficient delivery and pickup of packages, along with checking shipments for service conformity. Minimum Education

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations & verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance as customer contact is required.
• Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position. Medical exam required.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
