Federal Express Corporation is seeking a dedicated driver to operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages in the local area. You will ensure courteous, efficient service and verify shipments meet FedEx standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid vehicle license for the assigned vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong communication and a neat appearance are essential for customer contact.
Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance required for customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam per FMCSA or FAA regulations. Position not covered by safety‑sensitive mandates. Requires constant alertness and safe operation. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic officials and respond to official inquiries per FMCSA enforcement guidance.
$22.30 - $33.84 per hour
Mon‑Sat (day off TBD) 7am‑7pm
