Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a route-based courier to collect specimens from clients at scheduled times and to manage supply orders. You will ensure the company car is maintained and clean, and you will annotate route sheets to support efficient service.

You will work under the Operations Manager to achieve high client satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. The role involves driving, interacting with clients, and maintaining safety while servicing clients across the Phoenix area in a reliable,

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned route sheet to pick up specimens from clients at appointed time.
• Fills supply orders.
• Pick up STAT specimens in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the company car is always in good running condition, filled with gas and clean.
• Properly annotate both door hangers and route sheet in the manner instructed.
• Drive safely, obeying all rules of the road.
• Be pleasant and helpful to all clients and their staff.
• Maintains excellent working relationship with all clients and their staff in the manner of a client services staff member.
• Facilitates feedback from the client in regards to customer service and overall volume for the Operations Manager.
