Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business or Communications (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage client and vendor relationships.
• Ability to craft routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to handle complex, fast-paced projects with accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide executional support for digital and paper coupon promotions.
• Identify pain points in processes and implement efficiencies.
• Build professional relationships with client teams, agency partners and vendors.
• Own billing and PO processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide recaps of weekly client status meetings and updates.
