Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a unique two-person role for a legally married couple. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, fostering a family-like environment to support academic, emotional and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, planning activities, leading devotions, and budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
