Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. This two-person couple will provide care, guidance, supervision and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students, supporting academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, activities planning, devotions, chapel attendance, and budgeting.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples (both must be aged 27 or older).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and drive student vans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting for the home.
