Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, creating a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role and at least two years of marriage.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental activities.
• Lead daily devotions and activities including Sunday Chapel.
