As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for highly skilled and passionate therapists to work with our incredible and inspiring clients.

We are looking for a full-time, independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D.) who specializes in couples therapy to join our team.

Position Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Independent Contractor

Primary Job Description: To provide therapy to couples with a broad range of mental health issues, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, identity development, relationship improvement, ADHD/ASD.

Starting Date: Spring 2025

Location: Third Ward Office...this position will be both in-person and virtual sessions.

Compensation: $110 - $130 per client session, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, individualized outpatient therapy, assessment, and consultation services.
• Conduct in-person therapy sessions at our welcoming Third Ward office.
• Implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and performing timely documentation.
• Offer consultation calls to prospective clients, providing guidance and support in their therapy journey.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their needs and expectations with care.
• Marketing yourself to grow a referral base and recognition within the community.
• Commit to a caseload of 20-25 billable sessions per week, with full-time clinicians achieving 20 billable sessions weekly after the first six months.
