OurRitual uniquely integrates digital tools into therapy, empowering therapists to enhance client work with original audio and video psycho-educational content, guiding users through personalized relationship journeys. We are seeking experienced therapists to join our team of Relationship Experts, working directly with members via Zoom and digital tools.

As a Relationship Expert, you will:

1. Conduct 1:1 sessions to assess relationship goals and select appropriate educational pathways.
2. Review responses to questionnaires and journal prompts.
3. Facilitate individual and couple sessions to deepen therapeutic integration and address concerns.

Qualifications include:

1. Certified and licensed psychologist, social worker, or counselor with a graduate degree in mental health.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with couples and individuals on relationship issues.
3. Willingness to incorporate digital tools into your practice.
4. Fluent in English with strong rapport-building skills.
5. Availability for at least 12 hours weekly.
6. Experience with families/couples; skills in EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Gottman, or Differentiation preferred.
7. Committed to ongoing professional development and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
