Job summary

Sunrise Counseling & Wellness Center in Park Ridge, IL seeks a warm, compassionate therapist passionate about couples work. The role supports relationships, communication, and life transitions, with a balanced caseload of couples and individuals.

Part- and full-time, W-2 position with hybrid sessions (in-person and telehealth). Experience with Gottman, EFT, or evidence-based couples therapy is a plus. Flexible scheduling and strong clinical supports are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Active Illinois credential (LCSW/LSW/LCPC/LPC/LMFT/AMFT) or eligibility to practice.
• Experience with psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples.
• Develop and grow a balanced caseload of couples and individuals.
• Participate in supervision and group consultation.
• Engage in documentation and care coordination to support clients.
