Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a dedicated Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and supervise a group of 8–13 students. You will provide mentorship, manage household routines, and coordinate daily activities to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Driver's license and ability to drive school vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
