Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students.

The role includes supervising routines, facilitating activities, and leading devotions to foster academic, emotional, and social growth. Two-person households must have both spouses married at least two years, be 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married requirement for couples.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
