Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of 8-13 students.

Couples provide supervision, mentorship, and activities, managing routines, transportation, devotions, and family-like daily life while supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development. Both spouses must be married at least two years and be 27+.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and health checks as needed.
• Coordinate transportation to activities and plan development/recreational work.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
