Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

This unique role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential progression to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth is preferred.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older and able to lift to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
