Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person married couple who will reside in on-campus student homes and guide 8–13 students to academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role includes supervising daily routines, coordinating activities, administering medications, and leading devotions and Chapel experiences, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel with students.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
