Job summary

Milton Hershey School located in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students in a home. Responsibilities include supervision, routine management, and mentorship, with opportunities to drive activities and participate in devotions and Chapel services.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and must have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Requires ability to supervise, guide and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
