Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. You will supervise, mentor, and support ~8–13 students, manage routines, and lead daily devotions. Responsibilities include planning activities, driving to events, and budget reporting.

Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27+ years old, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license. This role includes housing, meals on duty, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
