Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person couple role. You live in on-campus homes, supervise 8-13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

You will manage household routines, transport students to activities, lead devotions, and coordinate budgeting/reporting. Qualifications include youth experience, a married couple two-year minimum, and both spouses aged 27+. Relocation and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models for students.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
