Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a married couple living on campus to care for 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, plan activities, and ensure student wellness while managing daily routines. This role leads in devotions and weekly chapel participation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two years married minimum for couples.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
