Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, and may transition to a placed houseparent role. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, planning activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples.
• Must be legally married and both spouses aged 27+.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Facilitate activities and devotions for students.
• Transport and accompany students to activities and chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
