Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. You will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a path to a placed houseparent position living with the same group of students. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students in on-campus homes.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational plans.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
