Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students.

Initially, couples support various homes with a nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, eventually transitioning to a placed role with the same group of students. Salary per person is $46,917 with benefits including housing, meals, and more.

Formación

• Experience with youth through work or volunteering.
• Two-spouse role; married for at least two years.
• Spouses must be 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to certify to drive vans.
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
