Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person on-campus role resides in student homes, supervising 8–13 students and fostering a family-like, supportive environment. You’ll manage schedules, lead devotions, and participate in activities to support academic and social growth.

Both spouses must be married at least two years, aged 27+, with a valid driver's license, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation, training, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, legally married for at least two years.
• Spouses aged 27 or older and no more than three dependents in home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive to activities and engage in developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel activities.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
