Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents—two married individuals who live in on-campus homes with 8–13 students and support their academic, emotional, and social development. This unique role requires commitment to a structured, family-like environment and regular involvement in devotions and chapel.

Both spouses must be 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
