Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person married couple—to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. The role includes guiding academics, wellness, and daily routines while fostering a family-like environment that supports growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, coordinating schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and chapel, and managing household budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
