Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision for a group of 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, devotions, chapel, budgeting, and ensuring student wellness. The role offers housing, meals, comprehensive benefits, relocation support, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required; both spouses 27+.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
