Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person role houses and mentors 8–13 students, guiding academic, emotional, and social development within a family-like home on campus.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, activity planning, and leading devotions. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, healthcare options, and retirement savings. Couples must be married ≥2 years and both spouses ≥27.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role with at least two years of marriage.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in development and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
