Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this life-changing role, couples reside in on-campus homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students.

The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a path to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for a married couple.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and lead developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
