Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and supporting academic, emotional, and social development. The program starts with nine days on, then three off, and transitions to a placed role living with the same group.

The role requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
