Job summary

Uncover is seeking a senior Coupa consultant to lead selection, transformation, and configuration across Coupa modules. You will work hands-on in full-scale implementations, project and change management, and supplier enablement, driving integration across procurement, payables, expenses, and asset management.

You will design and lead complex multi-cloud integrations, develop automated ETL data flows, and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance client outcomes while adhering to data protection

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting/industry experience with functional/technical proficiency in implementing at least one financial module (Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba).
• Experience with configuration in at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules.
• Expertise in designing, leading, and architecting complex multi-cloud-based system integration solutions, with ERP focus.
• Hands-on experience developing automated integrations and solution architecture with ETL tools to extract and integrate data.
• Proven track record in RESTful API-based integrations between multiple endpoints using Talend Studio.
• Comfort with AI: ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions.
• Engage beyond client delivery in recruiting, marketing, business development, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies.

• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
• Contribute beyond client delivery, engaging in various activities such as recruiting, shadowing opportunities, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.).
• Experience with configuration in least two end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules.
• Expertise in designing, leading, and architecting complex multi-cloud-based system integration solutions, with a focus on ERP systems.
• Hands on experience developing automated integrations, and solution architecture with ETL tools to extract and integrate data.
• Proven track record in developing RESTful API-based integrations between multiple endpoints using Talend Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and connectivity.
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
• Ability to handle multiple deadline-driven, project-critical client engagements, including training and go-live activities, while effectively guiding customer expectations and ensuring project timelines and deliverable quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.
• Coupa certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones; travel varies based on client preferences.
