Job summary

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support supplier onboarding and management. You will handle inquiries, update banking and contact information in Coupa, and drive data accuracy across large supplier datasets.

The role requires strong Excel skills and excellent cross-functional communication to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers. Based in Covington, KY, this on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa or similar cloud-based procurement and supplier management systems.
• Strong Excel skills for bulk uploads, data validation, and tracking.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in supplier onboarding, procurement support, or financial systems highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and respond to supplier inquiries in the shared support inbox, ensuring requests are tracked and resolved.
• Categorize, prioritize, and escalate issues based on urgency and impact to ensure timely service and compliance with SLAs.
• Process ACH banking information updates by submitting changes through Coupa; confirm accuracy.
• Manage bulk upload activities: review, validate, and execute large-scale supplier data changes in Coupa.
• Update supplier contact information to facilitate onboarding invitations and portal access.
• Monitor onboarding forms; identify issues, missing data, or blockers and coordinate resolution.
• Escalate unresolved onboarding issues and track outcomes to closure.
• Liaise with suppliers to clarify requirements and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Maintain clear records of all actions for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support SOP documentation and internal training on Coupa navigation.
