Job summary

Kforce Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to lead Coupa and related procurement technologies, driving adoption and optimization across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

You will design, configure, test, and deploy scalable digital solutions that improve compliance, efficiency, and user adoption while supporting Supply Chain objectives. This role emphasizes analytics, data governance, and automation to reduce manual effort and enable better decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement, supply chain, or procurement systems experience.
• Strong expertise with Coupa; SAP S/4HANA and/or Ariba preferred.
• Deep understanding of S2P and P2P processes.
• Experience with business analysis, process mapping, solution design, testing, documentation, and root‑cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Coupa, SAP (S/4HANA or Ariba), PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME and solution owner for Coupa and related procurement technologies
• Support configuration, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of digital procurement platforms
• Enable efficient and compliant end-to-end P2P processes, including guided buying, requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and supplier enablement
• Manage master data, user access, integrations, testing, and system performance
• Identify and implement automation and digitization opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and enhance user experience
• Analyze procurement, supplier, adoption, and system‑performance data to drive process improvements and informed decision‑making
• Support process standardization, change management, and user adoption initiatives
