Niemann Foods Management is hiring a Store Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service and profitable store operations in Illinois. You will manage front-end staffing, inventory, and adherence to policies while keeping perishable and display areas stocked and well-presented.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience, with a focus on leadership, reliability, and proactive merchandising. This is an on-site position focusing on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

SUMMARY

To assist the Store Management in ensuring and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, accountable for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly supervises a varied number of Associates in the store.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to three months related experience and/or training;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages and sales per associate hour)

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• First Aid certification provided at store level
