Job summary

Niemann Foods, Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional in White Water, Alabama to assist store management in achieving Genuine Customer Care and maximizing sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory control, labor management, and cost containment.

The role supervises 3–4 associates, builds displays, ensures safe operations, and upholds company policies while delivering quick, friendly service to customers; strong leadership, organization, and product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess product knowledge of hardware related products.

SUMMARY

To assist the Store Management in ensuring and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, accountable for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages 3-4 Associates in the store.
• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store and Associates.
• Follows NFI policies and applicable federal, state and local laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Possess product knowledge of hardware related products

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
