Niemann Foods Management is seeking a County Market Janitorial Clerk to keep our store clean and handle light maintenance tasks. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliable basic repairs.

You will clean restrooms, empty trash, mop floors, assist customers during peak hours, and operate equipment like pallet jacks. No prior experience is required; training provided.

SUMMARY

The County Market Janitorial Clerk is responsible for cleaning and perform light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction


• General Cleaning:Empties wastebaskets, cleans restrooms in detail, and replenishes supplies


• Vacuums hallways/offices, sweeps and mops all hard surfaces


• Dusts furniture, blinds, etc.


• Light maintenance work


• Shovels snow, replaces Light bulbs


• Minor repair work, paints, builds shelves


• Operates pallet jack and forklift


• Calls for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed


• During peak hours, stocks groceries, helps customers, pushes carts


• Follows all store and department policies and procedures


• Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model


• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
