Job summary

Flying S Title and Escrow, a subsidiary of Title Financial Corporation, seeks a Vice President / County Manager to lead our Preston, ID office. You will drive financial and operational success, manage a high-performing team, and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.

This working manager position oversees daily operations, ensures fiduciary responsibilities, and builds strong customer relationships while performing Title and Escrow duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven leadership, financial management, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Notary Public and Title Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational performance and drive growth.
• Develop and manage budgets, and ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met.
• Drive business development through strategic marketing and partner relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement risk management practices.

About the Role

As Vice President / County Manager, you will drive financial and operational success, lead a high-performing team, and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the business. This role oversees daily operations, manages financial performance, ensures compliance, and builds strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development – Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
Financial Management – Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met.
Business Development – Identify growth opportunities, develop and execute a marketing plan, execute sales strategies, and represent the company at industry and community events.
Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to industry regulations and implement risk management procedures.
Customer Service – Maintain a customer-centric approach, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

This is a working manager position and will also perform Title and Escrow job duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of related experienceOR5-7 years of relevant experience


• Proven leadership, financial management, and business development skills


• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance


• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new programs


• Valid driver's license & ability to travel as needed


• Notary Public & Title Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.


• Ability to travel local and beyond for training and corporate events, including occasional overnight travel.
