Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a County Social Services Aide 3 or equivalent with 12 college credits in related social sciences.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 credits in related social sciences or equivalent plus one year of paraprofessional case management experience.
• Within two months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental screenings for children birth to three years old.
• Track service needs and coordinate early intervention supports.
• Collaborate with families to identify goals and resources.
• Help families locate and obtain necessary services for development.
• Monitor progress and adjust service plans as needed.

Education
