Compensation: $16.00/hr

How do our Service Porters Drive Impact?

• Run customers home, to work, or other locations
• Wash vehicles for technicians and customers, then park them outside when finished
• Move vehicles off the service drive to keep the aisle clear for arrivals
• Valet cars to the front for customers when called by the cashier or technician
• Ensure rentals are cleaned, gassed, and ready for morning rental prior to departure
• During winter, pull rentals in at night and clean off snow and ice
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Walk the lot to ensure cars are facing the correct direction
• Assist with service driver operations as directed
• Ensure the shop is clean and organized at night for the cleaning crew
• Always carry and answer the radio and shuttle phone
• Assist the parts department with pickup and delivery of parts as needed
• Be present in the service drive when not engaged in other responsibilities to move cars and greet customers
• Maintain a positive attitude and courteous demeanor at all times
• Wear safety eyewear at all times in service areas
• Wear hard-toed, slip-resistant shoes in dealership service departments

We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proven track record in sales preferred
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
