Softswiss is hiring a Country Project Manager to coordinate market-entry projects from initial assessment through to launch and ongoing operations. You will work across internal teams and external partners to bring projects live in new regulated markets while keeping licensing, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines on track.

You will lead country-launch projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring teams have the information, requirements, and support needed to enter new markets

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and risk-management skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• English and Russian at B2 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate country-launch projects across their full lifecycle from assessment to go-live.
• Organise evaluation of opportunities to enter new markets and gather requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of information for market assessment, licensing, and launch.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders including regulators and partners.
• Coordinate licensing processes and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Oversee post-launch support, licence maintenance, and reporting.
