Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Global Market Access (GMA) Project Manager to oversee complex regulatory compliance and market access initiatives for products entering global markets.

You will serve as the main client contact, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive delivery of regulatory approvals, certifications, and market entry strategies while maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with Project Management experience or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably in regulatory compliance, certification, or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple global regulatory compliance and market access projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across internal departments and external stakeholders; maintain status reports and updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and deliver executive‑level summaries.
• Track regulatory changes and advise on impacts to customers and internal teams.
