Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University’s Richmond Campus seeks a Cook for the University Club kitchen to prepare meals for club members and assist with events. You will collaborate with the executive team to plan menus, ensure food quality, and maintain a high standard of service during busy functions.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED, at least one year of culinary experience, and a Food Handlers Safety Card. This is a full-time position in a private club setting within the university community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree/GED.
• Experience: One year of culinary experience preferred, preferably in the golf industry.
• Licensure & Certifications: Food Handlers Safety Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve required food items.
• Set up service units and prep cook station.
• Organize work station and storage rooms.
