Job summary

Cutting Edge Countertops, Inc. in Perrysburg, Ohio, is hiring Countertop Production Specialists for 2nd and 3rd shifts on a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work. Starting pay is $19/hour, plus a $2/hour shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate CNC machines and saws, load/unload materials with overhead cranes, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure top‑quality countertops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read shop drawings and interpret schematics.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using overhead cranes and lifting aids.
• Operate CNC machines and saws to cut and manufacture materials.
• Use fabricator hand tools for cutting, grinding and polishing.

Essential Functions & Qualifications

You will play a critical role in the machining and finishing of materials. Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
• Operating saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
• Operating fabricator-related hand tools used for cutting, grinding and polishing of material
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational issues
• Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong attention to detail to operate machinery and produce quality products
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machinery operation
• High school diploma or GED
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs, unassisted
